VISION – Famous Cricketer for the Glory of God! Vision thru Susie Whitney

Woken from hearing God saying: “ I am going to do great things upon the Earth”.
I then had a simple momentary flash vision: I saw a professional cricketer walking from the cricket pitch from which he had just played in a world class match. He had a huge grin on his face because he had just done amazing things in the cricket pitch because his skills were greater than any others ever seen before, & the crowds were cheering & all were speaking of his great skill for which he was becoming renowned.

He was a Christian & this was well known for he was using his skills & fame for the glory of God.  I saw that God was using him as a great witness to the world, & he was having a great influence for he was so wonderfully revealing Christ Jesus not just through his gifting, but from his character & humble caring heart.

I do not know which country he played for as this was not obvious, nor were his facial features obvious except for his pleasant & happy grin.   I saw him from a distance, but it appeared that he was of ‘light’ skin & he wore a dark cap (which may have been dark blue, but I am not sure).

I felt proud of him… knowing that I was backing him in each game, but though I know this is because he will be a devoted Christian, I did think it would also be nice if it was because he may represent my country (Australia).  If he does then his cap would be dark green I think (I don’t watch cricket), but I know that the nation he plays for is secondary, for he will ultimately play for God’s glory above all.
